In the Hotel you will find 14 comfortable, spacious and light bedrooms (10 double rooms e 4 single rooms).
All rooms private bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, a bedroom tv, free wifi and adjustable AC and heating. The wooden furniture adds an historic atmosphere to the facility, as a reminder of the Hotel’s glorious past, combined with today’s innovative amenities.
From the large windows guests can enjoy the view of the town urban context just outside the walls of Lucca, with the cupola of the Santa Gemma convent standing a few steps from the Hotel.

Our front desk is always available to meet all of your needs, to give you useful advice for your visit and to solve any possible issue. (Please note: front desk is closed from 00.30 to 06.30, during this time clients have their own keys).

At our bar you’ll be able to enjoy delicious breakfast and appetizing aperitivi: our bar counter dates back to 1970 and tells a story passed on for decades. Breakfast is served in a dining room equipped with a working fireplace.
Common living room
There is nothing better than a good book or conversation in our living room, before or after a visit to city centre. The decor, which evokes a retrò, classic style, is very popular among our guests.
Breakfast
We serve breakfast on the ground floor: a tasty, happy medium between the Italian tradition and the continental approach. While our speciality is sweet breakfasts we also offer savory ones, bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal and fruit. All of this is paired with drinks such as caffè, cappuccino, American coffee, fruite juice etc…
We respect norms and regulation to the maximum, that’s why breakfast is served in two different rooms: the first one has an historic wooden counter while the second is equipped with a working fireplace.
Terrace
A wide terrace, protected by a tent and caressed by the sun: the ideal place to enjoy an aperitivo in good company and discuss the day. Our guests love it unconditionally!

Hotel Melecchi devotes special attention to the needs of people with disabilities: this is way all of the facility is wheelchair accessible, also thanks to a large comfortable elevator.
Aperitivi
Before dinner is always the right time to enjoy an appetizing aperitivo. We serve our drinks and the best local wines on our wonderful terrace or simply at the ground floor bar.
